Fixed-interest investments

With a Repo Solar Group mezzanine loan, investors participate in the opportunities of the energy transition through an attractive interest rate, usually with a short two-year term.

The funds are used for interim financing of project planning and construction of clearly defined large-scale projects. After completion and commissioning, the plants are refinanced via classic long-term bank loans. The Repo Solar Group often remains invested in itself.

Through this form of interim financing, the Repo Solar Group benefits from the interest rate difference between project and property financing. Another advantage is that opportunities in the market can be implemented quickly. We pass these advantages on to our investors in the form of an attractive interest rate. The implementation is carried out by the company’s own business division, the EMC Group.
